The TV in the room lacked smart features, limiting options for entertainment like Netflix or YouTube. Additionally, for those who enjoy swimming and frequent laundry, a mini rack for drying clothes on the balcony would have been convenient.

The stay was incredibly refreshing, especially with the breakfast variety and the pool view, which were standouts. Celebrating my birthday here was made extra special when the staff surprised me with a cake and lovely bed decorations. The room was spotless, and I appreciated how the team noticed I was out and reached out to ask about housekeeping. Overall, a memorable experience during my transit stay in Bali!

I stayed in the Lagoon Pool Access room for 5 nights. The bed and pillows were super comfy, providing just the right support. The room was quiet and clean. It had easy access to the pool, which was a nice bonus. The layout didn't feel cramped at all, and I loved having the patio area to relax after a day out. Only downside was not having much unpacking space, but overall, it was a great stay!

Family with children paradise
Everything was amazing! I had a pool access room which was great. I swam multiple times a day because the weather was very hot during my stay. The breakfast was good and coffee amazing.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but I’d say still fair for what you get.

Can just recommend for a weekend breather
Amazing staff, amazing experience, with delicious breakfast options including a freshly made nasi goreng delivered to our room at 2 AM and fantastic pool access with a lovely patio area to relax after a day of exploring the city, which is conveniently located just 15 km from the airport.
